Now established in a four day format, The Cheltenham Festival attracts the best steeplechasers and hurdlers from across Britain, Ireland and Europe to compete for £2.7m in prize money in the most dramatic Cotswold setting.
Gates open at 10.30am and the first race is at 2pm. This leaves plenty of time to welcome and entertain guests, mix business with pleasure and look forward to the sporting afternoon. Cheltenham’s Tented Village combines the convenience of being close to the heartbeat of a major international event with the relative privacy of being able to spend time with customers in a comfortable and stylish environment.

| Gold and Platinum Packages | The superb luxuriously appointed marquees are situated in the hub of the Tented Village next to the Jazz Band, close to the Parade Ring and Grandstand. Bookings of 2 or more can be made, private company tables are available for bookings of 8-12 guests. These are a popular and great-value facilities providing the ‘Cheltenham experience’ – they are further enhanced by the celebrity tipster, John Francome (Platinum Package only), and a selection of draught beers including Guinness. |

| Horseshoe Pavilion | Right in the heart of the Tented Village close to the paddock, The Horseshoe Pavilion is available for groups of two people on the first three days, and exclusively for parties of 10-12 on Friday. This also includes a complimentary bar throughout the day. (excluding champagne). |
| Platinum with Glass Front Box | View the racing from the comfort of your own private glass-fronted box, overlooking the final two fences and the finishing straight. Private Boxes are available for 32 guests. |
